If you have an EMERGENCY maintenance issue, please Text or Call. This would be an emergency that requires fixing within a few hours.

An Emergency Issue would include: An active water Leak. For any gas leak or power issue, contact City Utilities Directly at 417-863-9000.

For Routine/Urgent Maintenance Issues, please use the form below. This is an issue that will be addressed within 24 hours. Expect contact the next business day from either maintenance or Big C property owners. Typically, maintenance will contact you to arrange a time to inspect the problem and fix it. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please reach out again via text or email.
